People spend thousands of dollars making their kitchen a space unique to them and their family. 8" Chef's blade and 3 1/2" Steak blade with Maple handles

Damascus blades add another level of distinction to this set of knives. These knives are made of layered VG-10 steel for an extremely sharp and edge holding blade. Instead of the classic acid etching applied to Damascus blades, that creates a dark look, these blades have a bright, high polished look. These are available in 4 sizes. They can be bought individually or as a set.

Over time I have settled on a basic 3 blade set that I find will take care of 90% of the chopping, slicing and dicing required to create any level of meal. They are an 8" Chef's Blade, 6" Cooks Blade and 3 1/2" Steak Blade. This set of knives (which can be ordered individually, or as a set) are all made from 440C stainless steel. This is a steel that holds an edge really well.

I also make a matched carving set. Whether you give this to yourself, or as a distinct and special wedding present is up to you.

I shape each handle to include a finger/ thumb groove. I have found that this gives me excellent control as I slice or chop. 

Just like my sporting knives, I offer a wide variety of woods, both native or exotic. I can use wood you send me from your property, hometown or that has some special meaning to you. Antler, bone or stone are also possibilities. The only limitation is your imagination, and possibly my skill set. Lets talk about what you want.

While I have focused on three main blades, I have many more sizes and styles available. I can get Japanese style blades or Damascus blades in variety of sizes and shapes.
